RRP's goal is promote new and fresh electronic music across the country. RRP is a cost effective way to promote a record labels new music. The service is free to participating record labels. The pool provides useful information for labels to help marketing future projects and can also help increase record sales. The record pool roster consists of 30 all Canadian members that range from top DJ's to A&R executives to music placement directors and magazine editors. Record labels send new promotional tracks to RRP. From there the records are sent out to the members at the end of every month. With an office in Blaine, WA and head office in Vancouver, the ease for record labels to ship product to is unparalleled.

RRP members are required to fill out a feedback form and submit it back to RRP within a one week period of receiving the records. RRP tallies all of the scores and forwards the results to each independent record label. A record pool chart is printed in Klublife Magazine every issue.
